i can't do too many primary school camps

hahahaha as the title says, i really can't do too many primary school camps. i remember one of the instructors advising me that as well, because he/she was afraid i wouldn't want kids after tat. hahahaha... as if having my brother wasn't bad enough.

anyway this particular photo was taken a while back, on the 12th of this mth if i'm not wrong. =) when my msian pets were still around, i met up with byron while they continued with their shopping =)

anywayyyyyyyyyyy,,,..... after a gruelling 3 days with st pat's last week, i met up with some of my geylang methodist sec school friends for dinner. hahahah... we also celebrated zhenhong's birthday in marche =) hahhaah my only decent shot with ZH tat night. a week after that gathering, and after days of screaming at restless kids who don't seem to listen to u, the spice girls carried out this mission to surprise jean. it's her birthday. well we meant to anyway but she was wide awake, in the living room when we rang the doorbell (we were actually hoping that she was still sleepin...bahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh) anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY GAL. u're officially 21... sigh..tat means i'm 23 this year...sniffles. i'm a lao bu already.

of course what celebration wouldn't be perfect without disturbing jean's precious bear, james =) hahahahhaa i made sure i had a share in tearing james up again too!

hmm the rest of the day was spent goin out with the family before meeting lai (and speakin of him, we're jus friends for now) to do some last minute shopping for clothes =p i'm now waiting for my dear karen. we're goin to meet for some drinks. i haven't seen her in ages and i can't wait!

army daze...

i'm falling sick. guess i didn't take care of myself. hahah the worse thing is... i'm goin in for another two camps tomorrow till friday (as a result, i wun be bloggin as well).

my first camp was, let's jus put it simply, quite taxing. the boys in that particular school are quite mischievious and sometimes (only sometimes) quite lovable. i did shout till i'm hoarse so yeah... =ppp

it feels like i'm goin bookin in tomorrow. oh well. i'll be back during chinese new year to continue blogging, probably more regularly.

in the meantime, happy 3rd year anniversary blog! =))) mann it's been 3 years (from 24th jan 2003) since i started a blog. sooo many things have happened. so many things haven't happened. i'm not too sure where i'll be going from this point on. everything seems so turbulent. guess enlightenment will come by soon yeah?

for now, i shall try to remain positive, optimistic, whatever and burnt. i'm black. =ppp and i'm g.....h....o.....s....t***

an AC-cellent day =)

ahahhahahaha you'll never believe what i did. i still can't believe myself either. even though this was 3 years overdue, aik ming and i met up in orchard in our AC UNIFORMS!!! =))) for myself, it's been 6 years since i donned on my uniform. wow, 6 years and how time flies. i'm already going to be 23 this year. sniffles. anyway it's longer for the old fart - it's been 7 years for him. when we met up, or well first saw each other, meng actually said i looked the same =)))

initially i was actually quite shy to wear the AC uniform and take public transport. i even chatted online longer to stall time. hehehe and i had to take a cab because i was late =ppp

see the first AC thing to do is to walk around aimlessly in town. we then decided to do something else - eat the usual hainanese chicken rice in far east, so we did!~

i was very amused so we took more photos in far east =)

after much deliberation, we bought tickets to watch derailed (quite a good show). prior to the movie we went to starbucks for a quick chat.

we then went to taka. i had to return my library book and...meng had to buy stuff for his gf. awwww i tell you he's so sweet to his girlfriend....i want meng to be my boyfriend. i was tryin to persuade him into breaking up with his girlfriend (don't think she deserves him anyway. you didn't read that from me). anyway he even wanted to take a cab, so the food would be warm when it reached her *swooon***

i went home after meeting meng. i waited for almost an hour before jon appeared. went to siglap with him for dinner. caught up with him. =))) so that's my day....today and up till friday i'll be goin in for a camp (stupid mr lai roped me in). so yeah...will blog after the camp. hopefully i dun bust my knees. =)))

hahha what started off as just a simple email address for my mother became my nickname for many situations, esp in msn. i remember, renzi_is_confused. well that is my current nick. what else, renzi_is_sleepy and who would ever forget renzi_is_hungry. i'm always hungry.

it feels like, or well i feel like i should stop bloggin in my renzi account soon. renzi sounds so...i dunno, high school? hahahah then again, i created that nick like during junior college. man that was such a long time ago. it only seemed like yesterday when i named myself "renzi" in one of the CS shops in funworld (in parkway) when i was playing CS one day (because i had this stupid crush on stupid mr jon teo). then that nick stuck with me in jc. =))

wow...how time flies. i miss jc days, i miss secondary school days even more. this is especially so when i met up with the two silly boys yesterday. sigh if only brought my camera...

i'm in a fix

i need chocolates...that's wat i need. =pp sighh...loads of things happened. can't remember much. let me try to recall yeah...?

met up with min and alvin for lunch and a chat session. i really miss these guys and i'm so damn glad that we're still friends and still there for each other. (i love u guys) in light of our friendship, esp for min, we've decided to celebrate our 10 year anniversary soon =))) hahahhaha machiam like some couple tsk...

after dinner i met up with ken boy.

well that was sunday. on saturday, i went for a chat session with adrian for trekkers and i'm goin for camp. whee! after that i brought lai to this coffee shop where there was this hilarious sign. he found me more hilarious than the sign *mumble grumble* for allllll my efforts damn it! speaking of which (damn it that is) i can't swear during the camp. thou shall control, thou shall control....

i then met up with susu and rongyang for dinner before i had to send my sweetie pie housemate back. two send offs in one day = no good. i guess i was glad to be in the company of mr lai. we watched a movie (which was quite good because i teared...i managed to tear!) before we went for a couple of drinks outside my house. mannn whiskey is super expensive...well alco is generally more expensive in spore. sigh i miss payin for cheap alco in aussie.

so that was my weekend i suppose. the rest of the days were pretty hazy. i remember goin to the chinese physician, missing frog leg porridge with my malaysian pets, sara and keith. =ppp i also recall going to zouk for a very short while before i had to send one of my dear housemates home because she felt sick. let's see....thursday...damn i can't remember much. argh! er er.....ohhh dinner with my family before heading to chinatown =))) dum dee dumm...

so thats the story of my life. anyone wanna trade lives with me? i'd gladly comply =ppp sighh..i need to run, or at least swim. i shall jolly well do that tomorrow =)

just before my trip

on sunday, after service (and before goin for the BBQ dinner), i met up with alvin. had quite a good time with ah-kor.

we went to the least crowded area in parkway and had ramen. hahah that particular store was probably located in an obscure place. oh well..good for me and him =)))

hmm talkin to alvin brings me back to the good old days of secondary school, where i had no idea and was innocent about so many things. wish i could go back time now..sigh

let's seeee....just the day before the malaysia/thailand trip, we were invited to ter's place for satay =))) mann i stuffed myself silly and damn, i look like a balloon now.

hmmm time to turn in, it's almost 4am. just talked to the gals about certain issues and well, i'm just glad this day is over. i need rest and i certainly need to escape into dreamland.

my trip to Thailand and parts of Malaysia

after 8 days of walking, touring and gorgin myself in perlis, penang, thailand and kl, i'm back in singapore. nothing has changed much really, haha i didn't really expect it to anyway.

hmm... it's nice to be back nonetheless. and it's even better that i get to bring back three pets - susu, cheng and pek kei hhahahaha... they're putting up at my place for a couple of days and now it's my turn to bring them around *gulp*

=) tomorrow's plan...if all goes well, i'll bring them for breakkie at the coffee shop next to holy family church, then parkway. we'll head for lunch at geylang before probably going down to either bugis or orchard. dinner will be served at east coast (hahah treat from lai's parents) before MOS-ing...mannn...long day ahead.

think i should get some sleep no? either ways, i need to rest my left knee. it hurts so bad. =((( to think i wanted to run when i got back. bahhh...

good time great place at....telok kurau =)

(man tat reminded me of the maccas ad like zillion years ago...) anyyywayyy yesterday i stayed at home for almost the whole day before picking up a couple of the peeps and sending them to my place for this annual gatherin/NYE party that my parents throw. i had fun and i hope well, the peeps whom i invited (and actually attended the party) had fun as well.

it's that time of the year where you see many road blocks, many pissed people on the streets and many new year resolutions flying around the place. for myself, i wont make any this year i tink. dun tink i'll keep them anyway. even so, i won't wait till the new year to change a certain habit of sorts. if i really want to, i'll just do it. =ppp

most of the peeps whom i invited. =))) mannn that cap caused me so much trouble. so many of my family friends and relatives kept asking wat was wrong with my hair. one question led to another. bahhh stupid gathering... one even asked when he could get a qing tie (ie: wedding invitation) from me. i was kinda freaked out.

some of my parents' friends. stupid dude in pink/red kept wantin our scotch in the later part of the night. anyway our gatherings are getting less happening. when i was much younger, mannn my house was packed! like there were at least 3 mahjong tables in the house disturbing the peace of my neighbourhood and well, there were a lottt more kids. well ppl grow up i suppose =p

our 5th all drink (disclaimer: i did not give any drinks to my brother. he's hyperactive enough as it is) hahaha silly people always disturbing me...no one looks at my cameraaaaaaaa well at least i still have my brother.................................................. =p
