my last bash?

i wrote this on the 22nd i tink...(it was one day after the last bash, the strip club and clubbing)

3 years have passed...

i attended yet another last bash. it's my third time subjecting myself to performances, speeches, new faces and more importantly, thoughts about what happened over the year(s).

i remember the first last bash that i had to go (first last bash? sounds like an oxymoron to me hahah). i, along with my execs, organised the whole event. i remember running around like some headless chicken, worrying that something horrible would befall on us, like not having enough food, schedule running on time, entertaining the ISOs, talking to the MI peeps. i have to mention the criticisms, doubts that were shot at us before and during the event itself - that we were being secretive, that we weren't willing to open our mouths to ask for help. i had to host the show, along with rodney. there were hiccups along the way but in my opinion all went well in the end.

one year passed and before i knew it i had to step down and hand the baton to maggie. i had mixed feelings about stepping down, i felt sad for various reasons and it was my time to let go. i recall staying up till the wee hours of the morning to finish up the video. whilst watching the fruit of my labour got me sentimental. i recalled what i have done in my whole term and realised i didn't do enough. i only hoped at that instant that maggie would do a better job than me.

now, what do you know, it's my last last bash as an undergraduate. it's amazing how time flies, it's even more amazing to see how much people,issues have changed and grown over the 2-3 years that i've known them since i stepped into muiss. attending the last bash has made me sentimental yet again. it has tugged me in the heart and made me want to relive the 2 years that i've had in muiss. guess i haven't actually let go of everything. i don't really want to. i love the memories. dunno what else i want to say or what i'm driving at...just a bit emo....

GASP! i have two buns! hahahahahahhah (gawshhh i look plump there! =((( hahah) anywayy after we mucked around with the two buns, there were others who took the buns and made use of it. after a while, i saw two guys eating the buns...YUCKKKKKKK... not a nice way to end the lives of two useful buns! =(

oh well...time to go now....i need to get some work done. hahaha think the 2 hours of sleep at janz didn't help as well. =) oh well...for more photos click here...

hmmmm....i wonder wat went on in the heads of the previous execs like.....ryan, allan, janz, kee, and *drum roll* our 'seniorest' exec - bryan. hahahah

anyway....i'm goin to make sure everyone will have fun after the exams....EVERYONE IN MELBOURNE KEEP YOUR 11th (sigh my last ppr) OF NOVEMBER FREE BECAUSE WE'RE GOING TO PARRTTTYYYYYYYYY (ie club) first..

in the meantime, i'd better nurse myself back to health and....STUDY!!! =(((

confessions of a teenage drama queen

i know i'm being over dramatic butttttt.....I'M GOING FOR MY LAST LESSON TOMORROW AND MY CLASS ENDS AT 11!!!! hahaha i'm not goin for my stupid linguistics class because it's non examinable! =)

my my... 3 years just flew by like that.one more assignment and two more exams before i officially graduate. =) dum dee dum. i can't wait! =) i'm getting a beeeeet nolstalgic here but i'll save it for later i guess.

sigh...i dun really wanna end it off like tat because this signals the end of another chapter of well, my life. what will i do next? will i do my masteers? will i work for a while before i study some more? should i not study? should i get my PR? argghhh... i hate so many options. darn.

sha le wo baaaaaaaaaaaaaa ....oops...a bit dramatic there but oh well.

hmm...guess it's time to sleep early. i've an early day tomorrow and i've something to decide quickly. bahhh...to host or not to host. tat is my dilemma. =)

bah i'm very incoherent today. just tired...i can't even type properly. okok..time to hit the sack!

i've 10 ways to enable one to make the best out of a sunday.

1) wake up late, sleep in ...ehhehe i did that!
2) log on to friendster and start ogling at friends you haven't seen in years.... hahaha yeah i was looking at some AC friends' photos. heheh
3) chat with friends on msn ...sigh the power of chatting and talking cock
4) eat...the richer the better. .... i finished kareen's cake that she baked!
5) call a friend to ask him whether he wants to go out for yum cha ... yeap... i went for yumcha with trs and my housemates
6) do some shopping, buy some beers.....sighhh....there goes money down the drain
7) listen to your favourite songs on repeat mode... mannn....bohemian rhapsody never sounded so good
8) watch australian idol.... 2 hours went poof...just like that
9) drink with housemates ....hahahhaha i tried 3 drinks today. yummmyy....
10) discuss matters with housemates... well i'm just being political correct =) but it was a good time nonetheless.

my week in a glance

hmm haven't really had much time to blog. maybe i've nothing much to blog about. yawnn..anyway no more blogging for me for the week because...exams are around the corner and i've yet to finish up my last and final 50% assignment! *gulp* oh well...

on monday we celebrated mag's birthday. =)

later that night we dropped by pancake parlour.

on tuesday i went on a tea shopping spree with trs and i baked dessert for the guys! =)

my weekend

heh heh... well can't remember much of what i did last week. let's see...on friday, after cell, i stayed over at ter's with the rest of the guys and all i could recall was watching and finishing up the whole 1st season of gilmore girls. =)

in the morning the 5 of us set off for the tulip festival. it was a disappointment but hmm it's prob one of my last few times so yeah... =ppp erm at night we went for karaoke. prob one of my last few times for a looooong time. i'm not singing material. and one more thing to add in my i-tink-janelle-is-an-all-rounder-and-i-sometimes-wish-i-were-her list ------ she can sing!!! =)

on sunday we caught dirty dancing before we introduced koko black to jans... =) anywayy nothing much else to add for the weekend i guess. i'm super distracted now. prob not goin for class later...oh well..hahahahahah.... oh for photos for the weekend, click here

=) well last friday i went clubbing witha couple of peeps, including my housemates. the music wasn't too bad but i didn't really enjoy myself because i didn't drink. oh well. tough luck for the gal who's sick eh?

sleepless in seascape

i'm feeling more tired than last night, thanks to the disturbin dream that accompanied me for the first 3 hours i think. i kept waking up and going back to the same dream. funnily enough, i had the sense to walk around my room for a while, turn on the lights (i was quite afraid for some reason), pray and go back to sleep.

subsequently, i kept wakin up almost every hour. bahhh....

hopefully i can get good sleep later at night. for now, it's my tutorial questions shall accompany me for the next hour before i make my way to see my orthodontist!

i've been violated by three boys, namely vivek, terrence and kee. wait, before any concerned reader picks up the phone to dial "999" (for singapore readers) or... erm.... "000(?)" (for aussie readers), i have to reaffirm and clarify that they were touching a very sensitive, sacred part of my body - my nose. sniffles (no pun in intended yet again). i hate, and i have to say it again, i HATE people touching my nose!!! they pinned me down, wait actually terrence pinned me down, viv held my hand and kee, tsk, kee was in the toilet prob laughing (he didn't do anything.....to help me!!! so i accuse him of being the accomplice!) terrence was the only person who pinched my nose. it wasn't a awwww-you're-so-cute-let-me-give-you-a-quick-pinch-on-the-nose-to-show-you-my affection kind of pinch. it was a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong, painful i might add, hard 5min (which prob felt like 5 hours) pinch. he was relentless. he did not let go until kee took a perfect shot of me in pain. obviously tat resulted in me squealling, almost crying, at the top of my lungs, with every faculty i had. i probably sounded like someone who got raped, but then again i haven't actually heard of anyone's screams when she/he got raped. okay i probably sounded like some lamb about to be slain.
